Promoting Never to an audience rather than telling a friend? That is the separate partner program — you apply, you get a link, and it pays cash per customer who stays.
Referring someone (every account, automatically)
You have a personal link and code (like never.to/marc). There is nothing to apply for.
Your friend gets: 3 Founding Cuts instead of 1, plus their Brand Engine built free ($297). No discounts — we don't do discounts; we add value instead.
You get: 40 finished minutes per referral, credited when your referral has paid and stayed for 30 days. A signup alone or a first payment alone earns nothing — that 30-day hold is what keeps the program honest, and it's also why we can afford to make the rewards real.
Your minutes land as a usage grant on your account and are usable on your very next render. They don't expire while your account is active.
We show you your full funnel — clicks, signups, activated, paid — not just a payout number. If a referral is pending or held, the page says exactly why and when it clears.
Who counts as a referral
Someone new to Never, attributed to you by your link (60-day window, last touch wins), by typing your code at signup, or by clicking through a post you published with your link attached.
If two people referred the same person, the most recent referrer gets the credit, and we tell the other one plainly why they didn't.
An account can only ever be referred once. Existing customers can't be "referred"; someone who left more than 180 days ago and comes back can.
Referring yourself (same card, same device) doesn't work — it gets flagged for human review, never an automatic ban. If we got it wrong, a human will fix it.
Becoming a partner (optional, cash)
After 3 conversions that stuck for 30 days, the payouts section of your referrals page unlocks. You can opt in to cash instead of minutes — or keep taking minutes forever. Nobody is forced through tax paperwork to keep earning minutes.
Partner terms: 20% of your referrals' payments, recurring, for 12 months per referred account, counted from that account's first payment.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect: Stripe collects your tax form (W-9 in the US, W-8BEN elsewhere) before the first payout and issues your 1099 automatically. We never see or store your bank details.
Paid monthly on the 1st, in USD, for balances of $50 or more that have cleared a 60-day hold.
Your statement drills all the way down: total → each referred account → each month. No black boxes.
Clawbacks — the fair-play part
If a referral refunds or charges back within 60 days, the reward for that referral is reversed.
A reversed cash reward is netted against your next payout. We will never send you a bill or demand a negative balance back.
The share assets
Never generates share content from your own videos and your real numbers, in your own brand style. They are yours; post them or don't.
We generate them automatically, but nothing is ever posted without you explicitly tapping post.
Agencies
At 10 active referred accounts, or if you're an agency running 5+ client brands, we'll offer custom partner terms with a named contact. That's a conversation, not a form.
